URGENTLY REQUIRED- PLANT MANAGER-PHARMA-LAHORE

A Well reputed National Pharmaceutical company based at Lahore is looking for a PLANT MANAGER. Purpose of the Position is to create / maintain a competitive edge for company by manufacturing and supplying pharmaceutical products of high quality and value, in a timely manner to full satisfaction of all stake holders. Must have through knowledge of Plant related activities like QA/QC, entire Production area( Sterile, non-Sterile), Engineering, Logistics etc.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performance of Plant Operations
• Develops and implements strategies to meet company objectives.
• Develops a strong production team and trainings.
• Manages technical resource allocation to meet overall company objectives.
• Ensure cost conscious usage of labor, energies and materials.
• Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives in line with overall targets.
• Ensures operations in accordance with company policy and is responsible for overall relationships with governmental bodies and key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and maintenance of quality of products.
• Responsible for all aspects of security and quality

Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task, lead and motivate a team
• Well versed in MS Excel & Word
• Effective and sound command in verbal, written communication and presentation skill.

Qualification:

M.Sc Chemistry/B. Pharm/Pharm-D/M.Pharm/PhD/BE(Industrial Engr.)

Experience:

15-20 years Production & Plant Management Experience of Pharmaceutical Companies out of which 10 years as Production Manager.
