The Salman Sufi Foundation is hiring a Pharmacist for an upcoming Pharmacy project.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Counseling of patients regarding their medication
• Ensuring effective dispensing as per the dose and legal protocols
• Labeling of dispensed medicines when required
• Monitoring stock levels and stock quality
• Coordinating with the team for proper storage of products
• Training the team in accordance with any legal or manufacturing changes that take place
• Ensuring good Customer Service along with complaint handling
• Assisting in forecasting shortage of products and coordinating with designated personnel to formulate requisitions.
• Controlling and keeping track of Schedule B drugs and poisons.
• Keeping track of expiration of Schedule B drugs and poisons and notify the purchaser
• Maintaining a narcotics register
• Maintaining temperature sheets
• Ensuring the desired pharmacy temperature and humidity level
• Ensuring all legal requirements related to medicines are being followed
• Maintaining all necessary records
• Carrying out any other relevant task assigned by the management
Qualifications:
• Pharm D from any reputable institute that is registered with Punjab Pharmacy Council having Category A.
• Master’s Degree Holders or any International Certification Holders will be given preference.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience of working at a reputable community pharmacy.
