This procedure is applicable for general housekeeping in manufacturing facility

4. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Prepare and use the cleaning solution carefully
5. PROCEDURE
5.1 Before commencing the manufacturing operation clean the whole room from each and every corner with brush, so that dust or any other foreign particles should be cleaned off.
5.2 Prepared disinfectant solution (5% Phenyl and 10% Dettol)
5.3 Then do the mopping with the help of mopping pad using freshly prepared disinfectant solution (frequency: After each 3 hours)
5.4 Clean the S.S tables and utensils with 70% IPA to avoid cross contamination.
5.5 Clean window glasses, door, furniture and fixtures once in a day with 70% IPA
5.6 Clean the tubes lights and A.C grills twice in a week with appropriate disinfectant solution
5.7 Clean wall surface and ceiling of walls once in a day with the help of proper disinfectant using moping pad
5.8 After completion of manufacturing operation clean the room as per step 5.1 to 5.4
5.9 Maintained the record
